Ms.McCaskill has served as adjunct faculty for the University of St.  Thomas, the College of St. Scholastica, the University of Phoenix  Online, the Minnesota Community College system, Cardinal-Stritch  University, East-West University, Fox College, The University of Taiwan,  and Tianjin University in P.R. China.  She has facilitated graduate and  undergraduate level courses in intercultural communication,  intercultural ethics, global operations, international business,  strategic management, consumer behavior, strategic marketing,  cross-cultural issues and concerns, change management, introduction to  business, investments, cost accounting, financial accounting, and  advanced managerial accounting. 

Ms. McCaskill also served as the Dean  of Business, Math, and Foreign Languages for Minnesota’s Anoka-Ramsey  Community College.
Ms. McCaskill currently teaches courses in Introduction to Business, Organization Development, Small Business Management, Global Small Business Incubator, and International Business at Rock Valley College.



Ms. Stacy McCaskill has more than fifteen years global business management and organization development experience.  Ms. McCaskill has worked as a corporate controller and procurement director for a mid-sized global manufacturer, was finance director for Concordia Language Villages, global procurement analyst and organizational development professional for a division of Emerson Corporation, a fortune 500 company.

Ms.  McCaskill has collaborated with teams from around the world including  China, India, Singapore, USA, Mexico, and Germany.  Ms. McCaskill lived  and worked in Mainland China and speaks conversational Mandarin Chinese. 

Ms. McCaskill has extensive training and development experience.  She is  considered an expert in cross-cultural communications, global team  building, and domestic diversity issues.  She was the founder and  executive director of Diversity Performance Associates where she  developed and implemented a wide variety of diversity initiatives to  improve cultural competency and reduce cross-cultural barriers.

Ms.  McCaskill believes in developing a business case for change,  implementing measurement strategies to support continuous improvement  goals, is an advocate for an ‘appreciative inquiry’ approach to change,  and is increasingly involved in the global Fair Trade movement.
